You will work with startups to established businesses across technology, life sciences, fintech, and consumer products, supporting privacy policies, data processing agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in privacy counseling, commercial contracts, cybersecurity, AI governance, product counseling, or transactional privacy diligence.
• Experience with commercial contract negotiation or venture capital M&A deal management will also be considered.
• JD earned between 2022 and 2025.
• Prior experience at a large law firm.
• Admission to the NY State Bar

• Advise clients on domestic and international privacy and data security laws, including CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, COPPA, BIPA, and emerging AI regulations.
• Draft and negotiate privacy policies, data processing agreements, data-sharing arrangements, consent language, and related commercial agreements.
