Responsibilities

• Advise clients on privacy and security laws (CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, COPPA, BIPA, and AI frameworks)
• Draft and negotiate privacy docs (policies, DPAs, data sharing, consent language)
• Support privacy, product, cybersecurity, and AI counseling across launches and transactions
• Manage privacy issues in venture financings, M&A, and other deals
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to maintain knowledge base and forms
