Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in mission critical facilities operating / engineering or equivalent equipment experience (UPS, HVAC, generators, fire/life safety).
• Hands-on electrical or mechanical skill and competence in the area of non-expertise.

Responsibilities

• Gain a complete understanding of facility layout and operation of MEP systems and create accurate site one-line drawings.
• Manage CMMS tasks including changes, incident reports, and work orders.
• Troubleshoot site mechanical and electrical systems and respond to unplanned events without supervision.
• Develop and improve SOPs for site equipment and maintain site safety standards.
• Support accreditation initiatives (SSAE16, SOC2, ISO 27001) as required.
