STN Incorporated is looking for a motivated Junior Network Administrator for their data center operations in Odessa, TX. This hands-on role requires maintaining and troubleshooting the network environment with responsibilities including equipment installation and network monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a data center or network infrastructure role.
• Solid understanding of OSI model fundamentals and basic IP networking.
• Familiarity with structured cabling and reading network diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, and cable network equipment following data center standards.
• Maintain accurate physical layer documentation using DCIM tools.
• Monitor network hardware health and escalate anomalies.

Skills

Hands-on experience in a data center

Understanding of OSI model fundamentals

Familiarity with structured cabling

Ability to lift and move equipment

Education

CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certification

Tools

Cisco/Arista/Cumulus CLI environments

DCIM tools
