This full-time, on-site position involves working closely with senior engineers to maintain and expand the network environment through hands-on tasks such as cabling, hardware upgrades, and documentation management.

Required qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant experience and knowledge of networking fundamentals. The position offers a salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, along with generous health coverage, unlimited PTO, and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a data center, NOC, or network infrastructure role.
• Solid understanding of OSI model fundamentals, Ethernet, VLANs, and basic IP networking.
• Comfort working in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Rack, stack, and cable network equipment following data center standards.
• Perform hardware replacements on switches and transceivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation using DCIM tools.

Skills

Hands-on experience in a data center

Understanding of OSI model fundamentals

Basic IP networking

Comfort in a data center environment

Structured cabling skills

Education

CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification

1–2 years of experience

Tools

Cisco/Arista/Cumulus CLI
