STN, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our team in Odessa, TX. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our critical data center operations. This hands-on role involves collaborating with IT engineers to ensure reliable services.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in data center or IT infrastructure, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with server hardware and networking.

Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data center or IT infrastructure role.
• Hands-on experience with racking, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 75 lbs.) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and environmental conditions.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment.
