Job summary

Technology Ventures in McLean, VA is seeking a risk management professional with 1+ years hands-on experience to support platform risk programs. You will review programs loaded into the platforms, apply risk frameworks, and contribute to solution design and regulatory alignment.

You will collaborate with business SMAs, product managers, and external suppliers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help define target-state roadmaps for enterprise risk capabilities across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in risk management or related field.
• Experience with Jira, Excel, and Microsoft Studio.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow IRM) and integrated reporting architectures.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers to inform solution design.

Responsibilities

• Review programs loaded into platforms to ensure alignment with risk requirements.
• Contribute to definition of target-state roadmaps for enterprise risk capabilities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement).
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with SMAs and product managers.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, data models, and wireframes.
