The role demands 15+ years in data management within a regulated financial setting, strong governance skills, and expertise in SQL/SAS, BI tools, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering, Data Science or Analytics.
• 15+ years of experience in data management, risk management, analytics, technology, or enterprise transformation in a large regulated financial institution.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑organizational alignment.
• Deep expertise in data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, controls and information management.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, data analytics tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy development and operationalization of GRM's data priorities.
• Coordinate data governance and transformation initiatives across Risk and Technology.
• Define metrics to measure data strategy adoption and impact.
• Lead senior stakeholder communications and escalate risks as needed.
