Job summary

Capital One Group in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Associate, Tech Risk & Analysis to drive end-to-end risk management within the Business Risk Office. You will partner with risk, technology, operations and engineering teams to identify, assess and mitigate technology and cyber risks, incl.

AI implementations and large-scale architecture programs. You will lead risk assessments, remediation tracking, and metrics reporting, while supporting audit documentation and enterprise risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
• Experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Ability to drive risk assessments from identification to remediation and closure.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology and cyber risk assessments across projects and programs.
• Coordinate remediation tracking and reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) processes and risk dashboards.
• Develop risk measurement frameworks (KRI/metrics) for portfolio visibility.
