We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to the exceptional customer service we aim to consistently provide.

Job Summary:

As Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Customer Experience Manager in achieving timely and professional responses to a high volume of leads via email and text. You will be responsible for assisting our call center, this may be in the form of answering a question, clarifying a process or completing a task they are not authorized to do within our software. Available to take warm transfer calls.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with online booking processes and inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or similar role is required.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to manage a fast pace work environment by giving quick responses.
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and email systems.
  • Experience within the industry is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, and Excel).
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred. Slack experience preferred.
  • Passion and true enjoyment for helping others.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly: This is an hourly position with a compensation range of $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; remote
  • Compensation: Paid biweekly.
  • Benefits: This role includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health insurance, 401K plan, paid time off, and other benefits designed to support the health and well-being of our employees.

Please note that this position may require occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.
