Job Summary:
As Junior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Customer Experience Manager in achieving timely and professional responses to a high volume of leads via email and text. You will be responsible for assisting our call center, this may be in the form of answering a question, clarifying a process or completing a task they are not authorized to do within our software. Available to take warm transfer calls.
