Job summary

Sands Investment Group (SIG) is seeking a highly-motivated Junior Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Charleston team. This entry-level role focuses on developing skills in cold calling, prospecting, underwriting, and CRM management within a fast-growing CRE brokerage.

You will work with seasoned brokers, follow a structured 12-week training program, and participate in frequent pipeline reviews to drive opportunities and learn the full CRE sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Prior prospecting and cold outreach experience or the desire to learn.
• Passionate about Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior and VP level brokers to help drive deals to the finish line.
• Execute a personalized business plan in the commercial real estate industry.
• Research SIG's active inventory and contact/pitch properties to potential buyers.
• Get hands on experience in the full CRE sales cycle.
• Use proprietary and industry systems to validate property owners, research competitors, and identify leads.
• Update and maintain company CRM/database.
• Participate in team huddles, office meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Participate in the 12-week training program and retreats.
