Job summary

Sands Investment Group (SIG) is hiring a Junior Commercial Real Estate Advisor in the Charlotte area. This highly-selective program offers mentorship, market access, and expert support to build a meaningful CRE career.

You will partner with senior brokers, execute personalized business plans, and research inventory to contact buyers using SIG's tools and CRM. A 12-week training track and ongoing team collaboration are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or able to obtain Real Estate license.
• Motivated by 100% commission.
• Extremely coachable, highly motivated, fiercely competitive.
• Preferably experience in prospecting or willingness to learn.
• Passion for Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior brokers to drive deals to closing.
• Execute a personalized business plan in CRE.
• Research SIG's inventory and pitch properties to buyers.
• Gain hands-on experience in the full CRE sales cycle.
• Use proprietary systems to identify owners, research competitors, and find new leads.
• Update and maintain the CRM/database.
• Participate in team huddles, meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Join the 12-week training program and training retreats.
