Job summary

Sands Investment Group (SIG) is seeking a Junior Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Charleston to support senior brokers and learn the CRE sales cycle. This role emphasizes cold outreach, deal orchestrations, and CRM activity within a fast-growing national brokerage.

You will participate in a 12-week training program, work closely with the team, and develop foundational skills in underwriting, marketing, and prospecting while advancing toward investment sales advisory.

Qualifications

• Motivated by commissions/targets.
• Extremely coachable with a competitive drive.
• Passionate about Commercial Real Estate and/or Investment Sales.
• Experience in prospecting or willingness to learn.
• Hold or able to obtain a Real Estate license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior brokers to drive deals to the finish line.
• Execute a personalized business plan in the commercial real estate industry.
• Research SIG's active inventory and contact/pitch properties to buyers.
• Gain hands-on experience in the full CRE sales cycle.
• Use proprietary and industry systems to identify property owners and leads.
• Update and maintain the company CRM/database.
• Participate in team huddles, meetings, and pipeline reviews.
• Join the 12-week training program and related training retreats.
