Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Draft contracts, letters, policies, and reports.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal risks in complex operations.
• Interest in automotive, logistics, or corporate sectors.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Americas subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including intercompany contracts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, amendments, renewals, and term adherence.
• Develop and update templates and contracting processes; train teams.
• Handle corporate tasks such as real estate, M&A, entity reorganizations, and joint ventures.
• Draft, distribute, and collect surveys; analyze risk and advise on insurance coverage.
• Collaborate with teams to draft and maintain policies in line with requirements.
• Oversee litigation processes with external counsel and derive preventive measures.
• Other duties as assigned.
