Glovis America, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Business Assurance Supervisor to support and enhance our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework. You will partner across functions to strengthen governance processes, monitor compliance, and support business continuity while enabling growth.

The role requires 5–10 years of direct Business Assurance experience and 1–3 years of supervisory work. This position is based in Irvine with fulltime hours and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining GRC frameworks and governance processes.
• Proven ability to monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with governance maturity assessments and remediation activities.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise GRC frameworks.
• Assist in developing standardized risk assessment processes and governance practices.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare governance, risk, and compliance reporting for management.
