GLOVIS America Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Business Assurance Supervisor to provide enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance oversight. This role partners across functions to strengthen governance, monitor compliance, and support business continuity while enabling growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in Business Assurance, 1–3 years supervisory experience, and resides in or near Irvine. On-site work and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5–10 years in Business Assurance.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Office in Irvine, CA with ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Governance, Risk & Compliance oversight and reporting.
• Support implementation and improvement of enterprise GRC frameworks.
• Assist in risk assessments and management of governance practices.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare governance, risk, and compliance reports for management.
• Review end-to-end processes to identify risks and control gaps.
• Support policy development and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist with regulatory, ESG, and certification readiness.
