Northbound Executive Search is seeking a Junior Corporate Accountant to work closely with the Controller in a management company setting in New York. This newly created role focuses on supporting monthly close processes, journal entries, and financial statement reporting for the firm.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, public accounting with CPA a plus, strong communication, and the ability to handle ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional, relevant accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience a plus.
• Management company accounting experience or non-financial services corporate accounting experience preferred.
