Connexa Search Group seeks a Corporate Accountant to join a small, deadline-driven accounting team working alongside the Controller. The role focuses on monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or in Business with a concentration in Accounting.
• Accounting experience in a corporate or industry setting.
• Experience working in a large ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented, someone who stays ahead of deadlines rather than working at the last minute.
• A steady work history and a desire for a long term, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities on a fast close calendar
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Enter and maintain financial transactions and data in the ERP system
• Prepare schedules and documentation for the annual external audit
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting projects as assigned
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
