Construction Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role supports monthly close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting across the organization.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical and eager to learn, with a foundation in GAAP and strong Excel skills. Recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities including reconciliations.
• Support corporate overhead analysis and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
