Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in controls estimating or related roles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to walk construction sites and lift light materials (up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for controls service and maintenance projects.
• Review specifications and perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers for accurate estimates.
