Job summary
Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Controls Engineering Technician I in De Soto, Kansas to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing equipment and control systems. You’ll apply foundational electrical and automation skills to diagnose issues affecting safety, quality, and production performance.
Under supervision, you’ll restore equipment functionality, participate in preventive and predictive maintenance,
Qualifications
- Foundational experience in industrial automation and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical equipment.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and drawings.
- Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
- Document maintenance actions and equipment performance for traceability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to minimize downtime.
