Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a shift-based team of Controls Engineering Technicians (CET I, II, III) responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliable operation of controls and vision systems in battery manufacturing operations.
• Uses OEE data, loss trees, MMS data, and team reports to prioritize work, allocate resources, monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
