Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties is seeking a Jr Construction Project Manager to support the Albany Region. Based in Ballston Lake, NY, you will assist with capital improvement renovations across identified units, coordinating with vendors and managing timelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Construction Coordinator, monitor progress, ensure quality, and process invoices. The role emphasizes organization, vendor management, and clear communication in weekly calls with Property

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth general construction knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure systems.
• Highly organized.
• Candidate with knowledge of local vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upon unit assignment, collaborate with the Corporate Construction Coordinator to provide information for the Rent Managers' scope of work.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of material orders.
• Work with the Construction Coordinator to assign vendors and suppliers for each renovation project.
• Develop a detailed action plan with the Construction Coordinator to complete vacancy renovations within the timeline.
• Monitor renovation progress to adhere to timelines and resolve delays.
• Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and Eagle Rock.
• Track and document renovation progress through regular reporting and photo updates.
• Ensure budgets align with Asset Management parameters and obtain approvals for scope changes.
• Participate in weekly conference calls with Property Management to align progress and expectations.
• Oversee quality control throughout the renovation process.
• Review and approve related invoices in AVID.
