You will partner with the Construction Coordinator, manage vendors, track progress, review invoices, and participate in weekly calls to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of general construction.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure systems.
• Highly organized with strong communication.
• Knowledge of local vendors is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Construction Coordinator to supply required scope data.
• Ensure timely and accurate material orders.
• Assign vendors and suppliers for renovations.
• Develop action plans to meet timelines.
• Monitor progress and address delays.
• Liaise between contractors and Eagle Rock.
• Document progress with reports and photos.
• Ensure budgets align with Asset Management.
• Participate in weekly calls with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and review invoices.
