Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties seeks a Construction Project Manager for the Long Island region to lead complex property upgrades and new installations within our rental communities. This full-time on-site role requires coordinating trades, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion.

You will oversee scopes from unit renovations to HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work, while maintaining safety and quality standards and reporting to senior management with clear progress updates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PM experience in leadership role.
• Strong construction knowledge across HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor coordination.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all facets of construction projects within the Property Management field.
• Create, manage, and track schedules to ensure projects stay within budgeted timeframes
• Scope, bid, level, and negotiate with contractors, architects, and vendors
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and materials
• Must be able to handle purchasing, cost analysis, and project management from start to finish
• Provide clear written and verbal communication to senior management in regular progress updates
• Ability to multitask is a must
• Hands-on mechanical problem solver needed

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Long Island Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all facets of construction projects within the Property Management field. This includes but is not limited to: Unit renovations, HVAC replacement/troubleshooting, Roofing, Plumbing, Electric, Landscaping, etc.
• Create, manage, and track schedules to ensure projects stay within budgeted timeframes
• Scope, bid, level, and negotiate with contractors, architects, and vendors
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and materials
• Must be able to handle purchasing, cost analysis, and project management from start to finish
• Provide clear written and verbal communication to senior management in regular progress updates
• Ability to multitask is a must
