Job summary

HNTB is seeking an on-site Construction Intern to support field and office activities during construction phases. You will assist the Resident Engineer and project team with documentation, RFIs, submittals, pay estimates, and deliverables tracking, while coordinating quality control inspections and site testing.

Preferred candidates are current or former interns with relevant construction management education, capable of interpreting plans and applying basic math to project tasks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in relevant field with 2 years experience or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction site field and office support during construction phases.
• Assist Resident Engineer and project team with documentation, RFIs, submittals, pay estimates, and deliverables tracking.
• Coordinate testing, quality control inspections, and prepare progress reports.
