Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Associate, Entry Level for its Depot Services in the United States. You will learn the configured device setups, perform repairs, and support asset lifecycle management for retail, office, and consumer tech equipment, including PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

The role mixes center-based configuration work with light warehousing tasks. Ideal candidates are physically able to lift up to 60 lbs, comfortable with consumer hardware, and eager to grow in a team

Qualifications

• Lift devices up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable with consumer PC products.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Basic PC hardware repair and software installation knowledge.
• Relevant training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure devices based on work orders and required software packages.
• Identify hardware and software issues and replace components.
• Support asset tagging, triaging work orders, and packaging finished goods.
• Assist with inbounding assets into the work order system and order entry.
