Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; sponsorship not offered.
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data science or ML.
• Degree in CS/Data Science/Engineering/Mathematics or related field.
• US-based engineers must reside in Dallas, TX and be onsite.
• Foundational Python coding skills.
• Foundational ML concepts and workflows.
• Basic computer vision knowledge.
• Basic cloud environments familiarity.
• Willingness to learn in a mentorship-driven environment.
• Attention to data quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets; manage labeling workflows.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs; ensure experiments run smoothly.
• Document training results and track model performance over time.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze failure cases for improvements.
• Support AI/ML lifecycle tasks to accelerate production deployments.
