AgileEngine is seeking a Junior/Middle Computer Vision Engineer to support data preparation, model training, and evaluation for an AI team working with large-scale image and video datasets in Richardson, TX.

You will curate annotation workflows, run training and evaluation, document results, and collaborate with senior engineers on failure-case analysis. This entry-level to mid-level role offers a clear path into applied modeling or MLOps.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or related field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Foundational Python coding skills.
• Foundational ML concepts and workflows.
• Basic computer vision knowledge (image processing, object detection).

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets and manage labeling workflows.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs with efficient experiment management.
• Document training results and track model performance over time.
