You will curate annotation workflows, run training jobs, maintain benchmarks, and collaborate with senior engineers on failure analysis. A clear path to applied modeling or MLOps awaits an early-career engineer.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or related field.
• Foundational Python coding skills.
• Degree in CS/DS/Engineering/Math or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Curate large-scale image and video datasets, manage labeling workflows, ensure data quality.
• Run model training and evaluation jobs and document results.
• Maintain benchmarks and track model performance over time.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze failure cases and identify improvements.
• Support AI/ML lifecycle tasks to speed production deployments.
