Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Capital FP&A to support consolidation and financial management of complex enterprise capital programs. You will partner with project teams, FP&A, and senior leaders to manage budgets, build financial models, and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of financial planning, analysis, or financial management experience.
• Strong financial modeling, business case development, and analysis skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both finance and non-finance teams.
• Experience with data and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, or R is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Capital FP&A will support the consolidation and financial management of complex enterprise capital programs. This role partners with project teams, other FP&A teams, and senior leaders to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, build financial models, and provide financial reporting & insights to support business decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will also serve as a finance partner to cross-functional teams, helping evaluate business cases, validate financial returns, manage financial governance, and communicate project performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
