Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Community Association Manager I (Jr. CAM) in Portland, OR. This full-time, non-exempt role offers on-the-job training under a Regional Manager and a path toward independent management of a portfolio of communities.

You will learn governance, budgeting, and vendor coordination while supporting a community management team. Strong organization, communication, and problem solving are essential, and you may travel for site visits and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small portfolio of assigned communities.
• Maintain knowledge of governing documents and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with support teams to prepare Board meeting packets and minutes.
• Assist in annual meetings including ballots and candidate statements.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and cash flow with supervision guidance.
• Support maintenance, vendor coordination, and calendar adherence.
• Prepare communications and disclosures for Association members.
• Attend Board and committee meetings as needed.
