Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

The Junior Licensed Community Association Manager plays a vital role in supporting the effective management and operation of residential community associations. This position is responsible for assisting in the administration of community policies, financial oversight, and vendor coordination to ensure the community's standards and regulations are upheld. The role requires close collaboration with board members, residents, and service providers to foster a positive living environment and address community concerns promptly. The Junior Manager will gain hands‑on experience in property management while ensuring compliance with state laws and association bylaws. Ultimately, this position contributes to the smooth functioning and long‑term success of the community association by providing reliable administrative and operational support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Community Association Manager (CAM) license or equivalent certification as required by the state of Florida.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of property management principles and community association operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in community association management or real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, state‑specific community association statutes, and governance.
  • Customer service experience with a focus on conflict resolution and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
