  • Coordinate and oversee vendor contracts and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Help enforce community rules and regulations, addressing resident inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and meeting minutes to support board decisions and compliance requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
