Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 1–2 years in commercial lending or loan operations and proficiency in Word/Excel and bank systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or related coursework preferred.
• 1-2 years of commercial lending or loan operations experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation and closing processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and administrative support to Commercial Lenders, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Organizes files and prepares approved loans for documentation and closing.
• Manages ticklers and insurance requirements and completes required forms.
• Coordinates handoffs among lending, credit, documentation, appraisal, escrow, compliance and operations.
• Ensures transactions progress accurately, completely, and on time; escalates unfamiliar issues.
