Plumas Bank is seeking a Commercial Lending Specialist I to provide operational and administrative support to Commercial lenders, underwriters, and credit analysts throughout the loan lifecycle. You will organize files, prepare loans for documentation and closing, and coordinate handoffs across departments.

This role handles ticklers, insurance requirements, required forms, and data entry, ensuring each transaction progresses accurately, completely, and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of commercial lending, loan operations, documentation, banking support, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, file maintenance, collateral, insurance, tickler systems, and closing processes preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable Bank systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational and administrative support to Commercial Lenders, Commercial Underwriters, and Commercial Credit Analysts throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Organize files, prepare approved loans for documentation and closing, manage ticklers and insurance requirements, and coordinate handoffs among lending, credit, documentation, appraisal, escrow, compliance, operations, and other departments.
• Assist with data entry, forms, and documentation for routine commercial transactions and follow established checklists and procedures.
• Communicate missing items and escalate exceptions of unfamiliar situations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
