• Performs risk analysis of commercial loan applications including financial spreads, ratios, covenants, and stress testing.
• Conducts annual reviews of existing loans and scheduled/unscheduled portfolio reviews.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and applicable laws and regulations; prepares reports for management/board.
• Performs collateral reviews and audits as requested; assists team in monitoring delinquencies and covenants.
