Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or related background.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer customer contracts, NDAs, and MSAs.
• Assist Corporate Accounts leadership and account managers.
• Track revisions, comments, and updates from stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on contract activity and metrics.
• Support contract lifecycle management and process improvements.
• Assist with data entry and general admin for contracting.
• Support office operations and events as needed.
