S&P Global Mobility is seeking a commercial counsel to support our Mobility Global Business Solutions Legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate data subscription, licensing, SaaS and MSA agreements while handling DPAs and data protection provisions.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role (supporting internal stakeholders and external customers/partners) with meaningful ownership of commercial contracting and the opportunity to develop across a broad set of legal and business issues.
