Job summary

Massage Envy by JEM Wellness Brands is seeking a capable leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our Jacksonville location. You will drive memberships, promote retail, coach a team of service professionals, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment that aligns with our brand promises.

The ideal candidate has a background in management or sales within personal services and can foster a culture where employees feel valued and connected to the mission, while delivering an excellent guest

• Have management and/or sales experience in personal service environments such as a spa, salon, or gym.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with laws.
• Set goals, prioritize work, and analyze business performance for growth.
• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members by providing ongoing training and reviewing performance.
• Develop positive relationships with members, guests, and employees.

Qualified Candidates

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required
