• Leading the daily operations of the Monroe-West Monroe location, maintaining a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for members and guests.
• Guiding the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Driving membership growth and promoting retail sales to move more people forward in their wellness journeys.
• Partnering with the franchisee to set performance goals and working with the team to achieve them.
• Building a high-achieving team through clear expectations, ongoing training, mentorship, and regular performance reviews.
• Running a compliant operation, including inventory management, deposits, and adherence to local labor and employment laws.
