Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Junior Associate Client Success Manager to support day-to-day client communications, coordinate meetings, and help keep study documentation current in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-ups, minutes, and action items are accurately tracked and communicated. The role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and managing multiple priorities across clients and studies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communications, including monitoring client correspondence and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, calendar management, attendee coordination, and distribution of materials.
• Assist Client Success Managers with preparation of client-facing agendas and meeting materials.
• Attend client meetings and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes capturing key discussions and next steps.
• Distribute meeting minutes and follow-up communications to appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain action item trackers with owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders regarding outstanding client requests and deliverables.
• Translate client requests into clearly documented internal actions with deadlines and owners.
