Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Junior Associate Client Success Manager to support day-to-day client communications, coordinate meetings, and maintain study-related documentation. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate meeting records, and well-organized client operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in coordinating client communications, meetings, and documentation.
• Ability to track study site information and follow-up items across multiple studies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communications, including monitoring correspondence and timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, calendar management, and material distribution.
• Assist managers with preparation and organization of client-facing agendas and materials.
• Attend client meetings and prepare comprehensive minutes capturing discussions and decisions.
• Distribute meeting minutes and follow-up communications to stakeholders.
• Maintain action items trackers with owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Follow up with internal teams to support timely completion of requests.
• Circulate client feedback and updates to cross-functional teams.
• Translate client requests into clearly documented internal actions with deadlines.
• Track outstanding dependencies and escalate overdue items when needed.
• Manage study site lists and ensure accurate information in systems.
• Keep client and study documentation organized and up-to-date.
