Langan is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join its team in New York, NY, White Plains, NY, or Melville, NY. You will support planning, design, and permitting of civil projects across mixed-use developments and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 0-2 years of work‑related experience.
• EIT Certification or FE exam registration preferred.
• Internship or professional experience in site/civil design, including planning, grading, stormwater, drainage, soils.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, schedules, cost estimates and design plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related software.
• Use reports, maps, drawings, and geotechnical data to inform planning and design decisions.
• Propose new approaches to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Apply engineering knowledge and advanced mathematics to project tasks.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
