Job summary

Bohler's Red Bank, NJ office invites an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) to join a growing team. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to translate land development concepts into practical site designs, grading, and utilities, while learning through hands-on projects and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (training provided if not yet proficient).
• 0-1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects from concept through construction.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research and interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Review and address regulatory comments and assist with project redesigns as needed.
• Support the preparation of stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
• Attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams.
• Participate in Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
