Job summary

Bohler’s Orlando, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring exciting land development projects to life, including site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

In this role, you will use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs while benefiting from Bohler’s Learning & Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–1+ years in land development site design or permitting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Learn from mentors through every stage from concept through construction.
• Prepare grading plans, utility layouts, and stormwater reports.
• Support regulatory review and project submittals.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development training.
