Job summary

Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn and contribute to exciting site design projects.

You will partner with engineers, designers, and project managers to develop site layouts, grading plans, utilities, and stormwater management, gaining hands-on experience and ongoing professional development.

This role offers mentorship, exposure to commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, and a path to grow within Bohler.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred; training provided if needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work with engineers, designers and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn each stage of site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts, grading, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist with stormwater management reports and construction submittals.
• Attend training through Bohler’s Learning & Development programs.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage with civic and professional organizations to build networks.
• Support other responsibilities per company policies.
