Job summary

Bohler's Nashville, TN office is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer (Land Development) eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real land development projects—site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater management—while working with engineers, designers, and project managers.

You will use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create site layouts and designs, learn design standards and zoning rules, and participate in mentorship and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of site design and permitting experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D; training provided if needed.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• EIT certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on land development projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sites.
• Learn site design from concept through construction with mentors.
• Create site layouts and grading plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research design manuals, zoning ordinances, and regulations.
• Address regulatory comments and assist with redesigns.
• Support stormwater reports and submittals.
• Participate in Bohler Learning & Development programs.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams.
• Engage with professional networks and industry groups.
• Perform other responsibilities per company policies.
