Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to support small to mid-size projects under supervision. Responsibilities include design work, field tasks, data collection, and report development in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

You’ll work with AutoCAD and Bentley tools, gain exposure to civil hydrology, drainage and transportation components, and collaborate with senior engineers on project deliverables in the western US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering and EIT.
• 0–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs civil engineering design using AutoCAD, Bentley.
• Works with other engineering disciplines and professionals in project coordination under a senior engineer/designer.
• Performs field work as directed by a senior engineer/designer.
• Performs engineering calculations using company standard software.
• Assists with data collection to support design decisions.
• Develops portions of larger engineering reports or small reports.
