Job summary

Alfred Benesch & Company seeks a Construction Representative to inspect and document infrastructure projects including road, water main, and sewer works. You will manage client relationships and contribute to strategic initiatives within the construction group.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, measurements, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, with collaboration across project teams and mentors.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Construction Engineering or related engineering curriculum required; EIT preferred.
• 0–3 years working experience with WisDOT is preferred.
• Recent college grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience on field projects desired.
• Experience with ArcGIS, MicroStation, Geopak, and/or AutoCAD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document infrastructure projects (road, water main, sewer).
• Maintain field books and perform measurements for pay items.
• Prepare Inspector's Daily Reports and other project documentation.
• Communicate progress, issues, and deficiencies to the project supervisor.
• Provide design or professional assistance to project managers.
